JLL transformed the most of the space from the 2nd basement floor to the 2nd level floor of the Yeouido K-Tower, a newly constructured building, into a trendy complex F&B space. This is the first case of a single F&B tenant to lease a large area.
JLL signed a contract with an attractive brand who required a large area including the underground two floors with poor visibility and accessibility. Both the landlord and the large tenant have drawn up a lease contract for 100% of the total area six months prior to the completion of the K Tower, by drawing up a cooperative relationship (e.g. paying 50% of the escalator cost) and reducing unnecessary input costs.
