Lexus showroom that worked

The initial request from the Chunwoo Motors was to purchase two individual sites for the Lexus Service center and the Show room. However, due to the difficulty in obtaining approval for the service center within the city center, JLL's Mid-market Transaction Advisory team searched for the permissible gas station sites that were available for sale and mapped out to enable the use of two functions together on a single site.

The project overcame its limitations in terms of approval by integrating the Service center and the Show room thereby satisfying the customer’s needs. ‘1 Stop 3S(Sales, Service, Spare)’ concept was implemented in the Service area equipped with total of 5 stalls that can repair up to 40 vehicles per day. The Show room at the 1st floor features a special display zone with video wall installation. Luxurious bar on the 2nd floor provides beverage service.
