JLL has provided AEW with advisory on market feasibility, appropriate rental income, and value increase of building from the expansion of commercial space prior to AEW's acquisition of City Plaza in Yeouido.
JLL analyzed the location and visibility of the building and conducted various marketing strategies such as Master Lease, Retail & F&B, and specialized F&B space. JLL successfully completed 100% of retail leasing six months before completion of renovation. As a result, JLL exceeded the expected rental income.
