JLL Advisory team was commissioned by Hangang Asset Management for an office market study report for establishing a fund for pre-acquisition before the completion of City Square building in CBD.
JLL provided market study report about office leasing market and investment market in Seoul major office district including CBD so that Hangang Asset Management can decide on a proper rent and purchase price of City Square.
Due to the market atmosphere that prefer the new Grade A office in CBD and the good location of the asset, Hangang asset management was able to complete the acquisition of City Square. Currently, it is used as the second office building of Seoul City Hall and the headquarters of Ido, achieving 100% occupancy rate after completion.
