Delivering flexible and collaborative space for JTI Korea office

JTI has continued to show growth worldwide. In order to create a sustainable and pleasant office space for employees, JTI Korea plans to relocate to Jongno Tower and was in need for the professional project management services.

Acknowledging the importance of accurately understanding the needs of the clients, JLL Project team had highly engaged with JTI’s senior group from the initial planning stage to the design and construction selection to gather diverse opinions on workplace and creat an office space that meets the expectations of customer.

The office was designed to facilitate communication between dictionaries by placing all workstations in the center of the Net 14,000sqft space as a means of maximum openness and collaboration. The work café space uses a homey and warm finishing material, which is designed to be flexibly converted into a training room at the same time. JLL Project team also led the clients to achieve common goals through organic collaboration with IT and Security teams.
