South Korea only made its first big splash into U.S. commercial real estate in 2009. Since then, South Korean investors, mainly life insurance companies and pension funds, have taken a selective, yet aggressive, approach at buying up mainly Class A assets in the United States, explains Miyeon Lee, Director for JLL’s Asia Pacific Capital Markets team, in the video below.
