Goldman Sachs' Sinsa Retail

JLL has been selected by Goldman Sachs and Mastern Asset Management as an exclusive landlord representative agency of Sinsa Retail through competitive bidding in 2017. Sinsa Retail, located near Dosan Park of Singsa-dong, is the first real estate developement project by Goldman Sachs in Korea. JLL is searching, evaluating, negotiating and contracting the tenants.

JLL attracted THANN, a Thailand premium spa brand for their first high-street SPA shop. THANN has only targeted department stores and duty-free shops before. Additonally, JLL signed a lease contract with Michelin brand, Semigye for thier flagship store. In January 2019, JLL signed a lease contract with Singapore brand, PS Café for their first store in Korea.
