Creating new workplace for Epic Games

Epic Games has decided to relocate its Seoul office to establish an office environment that meets the standards of its headquarters based on its great success in developing cutting-edge games and cross-platform game engine technology. Epic Games’ independent space, air-conditioning and heating facilities that can be operated according to flexible working hours, and balconies that can take a rest were the main points in choosing the building.

JLL TR team, Project Management team and Design team all together explored the buildings to choose the best environment. The first floor consists of parking and guidance, the second and third floors are reception, main conference rooms and offices, and the fourth floors are Café and Gym with shower facilities. We supplemented the building’s weaknesses by replacing the exterior and windows of old building.

JLL, as One JLL team, provided the full service from building search to project management, design and construction to relocate the office, enabling customer to achieve the maximized service in a short time with minimal communication.
