Concordion is a building that was completed and used as the headquarters building of Kumho Asiana, a Korean conglomerate, and began its transformation in 2018 with the purchase by a foreign asset management company.

JLL is in charge of Concordian's property management, and has carried out the renovation of the entire building through solid principles and strategic tasks. The entire building has been renovated and reorganized and in cooperation with other department (leasing team), achieved 90% of the lease rate in a year. This is an example to show JLL's stable property management know-how and efficient use of in-house networks to maximize the value of its client's assets, and JLL will continue to create "The Better Tomorrow" with client.

Due to the high lease rate and stability, JLL has been fully committed to building tenant relationships and managing facilities, equipments, various services in order to enhance the long-term building value, and has recently become a very successful building in CBD.
